Mission Profile & Target Aircraft
The process starts with learning about your goals and how an aircraft can help your specific mission. We will further define your mission profile using industry metrics. Next we will determine your target aircraft using the mission profile information.
Market Research
We will work tirelessly during this process to leave no stone unturned. It is our goal to make sure that no suitable opportunity is missed. After we have selected the best candidate, let the fun begin!
Internal Evaluation
Now that we have selected a candidate, we will take a very detailed look at the history of the aircraft before additional dollars are invested in time consuming pre-purchase inspections. We will review all aircraft logs and documents. We will also schedule an onsite preview of the aircraft.
Negotiations
After we are certain that we have the best aircraft, we will negotiate on your behalf. We will use the leverage that we have to create even more value for you. We can work with your legal and tax advisors or we can introduce you to our trusted partners. We will work to help protect your interests during the entire transaction. Inspections
Not only will we help with the flow of communications during this phase, but we will be intimately involved with this whole process from the beginning.
Closing
